Pros

If you're a newcomer without prior experience, Keross could serve as an opportunity to gain exposure to a production environment. However, the learning curve may be limited, lasting only about two months with minimal new insights. But my suggestion will be if you have any offer be it of any salary join that company.

Cons

1. The tech stacks they use are garbage. You won't learn anything besides basic JavaScript. 2. The company's in the dumps, barely scraping by without any decent projects. 3. The pay is very nominal, and it becomes pretty uncertain whether your internship will be converted or not because they don't have that much requirement as they don't have any new projects. 4. Work culture sucks big time. Sometimes you're swamped, sometimes you're twiddling your thumbs, but you're always under pressure. 5. Some managers are a nightmare to work under. Not all of them, but enough to ruin your day. 6. Most managers don't have proper in depth knowledge inspite of having 4-5 years experience (except 2 or 3) . With this knowledge they don't get any good offer from other companies so forms groups and does office politics throughout the day. 7.If anyone wants to work only on UI then this place can be a suitable one but there is very less opportunity to work on DB, Apis etc. 8. The HR department also sucks only making policies to ruin your work culture everyday , increased with the appointment of the new HR .

Pros

Nothing to say. They pay good amount of money, for that they think if they ask to jump into the fire then you must no other option.

Cons

I have worked more than 2 years not for 2 months only, so I am saying from my experience at all. 1. First of all, the senior people don't have enough technical knowledge, some of them have but they don't know how to work with the juniors. 2. Here the mentality of PL(Project Lead) is like, they want the team to work for them where it should be like the PL will work with the entire team because it's team effort. 3. There is no management system. One guy is there who tries to takes care of all but ultimately can't because doesn't have that skill. 4. If you are having some extra knowledge and you really want to do something different which you love, then this place is not for YOU. They wont value it, they only value if you say only YES because they are not ready to hear NO from anybody. 5. If you can work 24*7 then this place is BEST for YOU, otherwise you will be having a TAG, called IRRESPONSIBLE. 6. The higher authority doesn't care what is going with the employee, whether the juniors are comfortable to work or not, because they take it for granted always. So if you can be a part of their politics or if can OIL them then you will be the BEST. (*) They are not ready to work with new technologies, still using the oldest technologies. And if someone asks for something new, the senior is like, "not needed, continue with this one as long as it lasts". So your future will be impacted. That is the reason I titled it "Be Careful".
