Pros
If you're a newcomer without prior experience, Keross could serve as an opportunity to gain exposure to a production environment. However, the learning curve may be limited, lasting only about two months with minimal new insights. But my suggestion will be if you have any offer be it of any salary join that company.
Cons
1. The tech stacks they use are garbage. You won't learn anything besides basic JavaScript. 2. The company's in the dumps, barely scraping by without any decent projects. 3. The pay is very nominal, and it becomes pretty uncertain whether your internship will be converted or not because they don't have that much requirement as they don't have any new projects. 4. Work culture sucks big time. Sometimes you're swamped, sometimes you're twiddling your thumbs, but you're always under pressure. 5. Some managers are a nightmare to work under. Not all of them, but enough to ruin your day. 6. Most managers don't have proper in depth knowledge inspite of having 4-5 years experience (except 2 or 3) . With this knowledge they don't get any good offer from other companies so forms groups and does office politics throughout the day. 7.If anyone wants to work only on UI then this place can be a suitable one but there is very less opportunity to work on DB, Apis etc. 8. The HR department also sucks only making policies to ruin your work culture everyday , increased with the appointment of the new HR .
