Management takes zero input from anyone. Being a union creates an even worse divide between the drivers themselves and the management as well. Far too much drama for delivering milk. Company is penny wise and pound foolish. They have plenty of equipment and drivers available (if they didn’t screw them over) to run the place, but still hire out half the work for no logical reason. Everyone has a different tractor every single day, and a different pallet jack every route. Warehouse cant keep up primarily due to poor management of the facilities.

Management is pretty bad. Everyone in management was hired/promoted because they are someone's drinking buddy, meaning we have management that are a bunch of barely functional alcoholics who want to do the minimum amount of work possible.

No upward movement, management doesn't value you, bad pay compared to market value, small team being expected to do a large teams work

Employees kind of grumpy most times , life outside of work is non existent while working there

Seniority trumps so if you’re trying to move off of 3rd shift into 1st shift it’ll take quite some time. Forced OT which makes for poor work-life balance
