Pros
good benefits, ok pay. all the overtime you could ever want. if you kiss enough butt, you to can get away with murder.
Cons
favoritism of certain employees, Help get people fired so you can work sundays for double time. management looks the other way and union protects them. Wear your uniform home for chores? Sure, thats acceptable for some employees. GROSS 80% of night crew smoke weed at the plant all night long, every night. union does nothing to represent the employees who actually work.

Great pay and benefits, secure parking.
Cons
Most of the night shift employees are ex cons, with a prison yard mentality and are frequently under the influence of alcohol and drugs. Mandatory overtime means that you NEVER know what time you're going home.
