Min. AL, min. outpatient claim, no staff benefits. Dead working environment. No guidance for new staff, no training plan. No room for career advancement. Management may terminate your employment immediately. No KPI, no direction from management and they will blindly inform that you did not meet their expectation. No teamwork, everyone mind your own business attitude. Same with factory situation.
