From interview process to onboarding you realize the awful culture of "bros" that there are in the company with a air of superiority without reason. High pressure and expectations. Full of redflags very bad place for life balance.

This culture and environment is extremely congruent to my work/life pattern, so it's hard to list specific cons. What I will say is that this is not an environment where "cruising" works. Your work needs to be intentional - implemented with conviction. Every single thing we do is meaningful, and because of that - there is no time to rest on your laurels. All we want to do is win! Additionally - our work is naturally collaborative - so working in a silo really isn't possible. We do all have our individual tasks to get done, but it's all a part of a bigger initiative - meaning you are going to need the perspectives/feedback of multiple people across multiple departments.
