      CEO lacks the leadership that is needed to run a successful company. Laying off 10+ employees speaks volumes about how the CEO runs the business.

      Good Products. flexible with hours/time.

      Cons

      Way too many "cooks". Turnover is really bad. No clear direction on where the company should go. Alot of flip fop bipolar digestion. Lots of broken promises to partners.
