Don't bother: no culture, no values and complete chaos

Pros

The people on the ground generally from the sales people to the product team are really lovely people and the product has a lot of potential to add value

Cons

As an organisation it is a complete utter mess. There is a culture of fear within the organisation. Rather than supporting individuals or improving individuals, they would rather get rid of you. There is no strategy whatsoever, no plan. Just chaos, hiring and firing for no reason, no patience, unrealistic targets, sales managers pushing whatever they can through and feeling the repercussion. Not much cross team collaboration and out of the companies I have worked for, the worst for development, the worst for communication, the worst for really striking fear and micro-management. It is a mess and would not recommend working for this company to my worst enemy. One final point I would like to make is that I have listened to the current CEO speak on several occasions and he is not inspiring at all and not charismatic at all, neither are the others within the senior leadership team and that is filtered down to everyone else.

Pros

Read the other reviews down the page....! There really are no positives here. It's sad to day, KX is a complete disaster from start to finish and has had a profoundly negative impact on many peoples careers and well being. The CEO is a bully, as are all the execs and most of the mngt. If you join, you will not achieve your quota and you will be fired within 12 months. There is no way to succeed here.

Pros

The technology, when it works, is genuinely industry leading. Many supportive colleagues trying to do their best. Decent salary, flexible working practices.

Cons

Without doubt the most toxic, bullying and outright damaging culture I have ever experienced. Lip service paid to almost every aspect of operations, shocking treatment of suppliers (late payment was a thing of pride not shame), internal communications were just anodyne broadcast missives from the management. Constant senior leadership changes, square pegs in round holes all over the place. And the worst thing was that the people who actually cared were treated terribly because they were the only ones prepared to stick their hands up and question what was going on.
