Very disorganized, never provided a job description, no formal review process, constant changing of management at multiple levels, company leadership seem to have some great ideas, but lacked the change management skills to successfully implement them.

- Pay is well below market average and raises are hard to come by. - Benefits are OK but expensive and not great - Not much upward mobility, especially if you don't want to be management - Culture has shifted in the last couple years. They've started hiring a lot of overseas help and its starting to feel less like the cozy start up vibe and more like the typical corporate 'all about the numbers' vibe
