Pros
Flexibility: very flexible with times and places to work. Responsibility: you are encouraged to be accountable for your deliveries and be more responsible. Empowerment: Everyone is invited to share their thoughts and all opinions are listen. If you show you can handle it, you can have your own project in no time, and there is tons of support to help when you don't know an answer.
Cons
The lack of a physical workspace limits the personal talks with co-workers. Conversations are pretty much always about work. Regardless everyone is very friendly and approachable.
