      Only plus is that the pay is reasonable

      Cons

      Not a great company to work for. Owner does not share any of the successes with employers. Expect employees to work late evenings and weekends but do not pay for your time.

      Communication was a mess or entirely nonexistent at all times.

      Pros

      The work was interesting, even if there was zero support from management.

      Cons

      Management created an extremely threatening environment. Promises were constantly made and then revoked the first moment it became inconvenient for the company. Management made it clear that employees were used and expendable, and reminded employees of that at the first sign of bad morale. Not LGBTQ friendly. Would not recommend working here.
