Pros
Company only cares about attendance. If you are sick, come to work. If there's bad weather, come to work. Also, drug screening is only for entrance into the job.
Cons
Attendance can be a con as well. Over a thousand people in a building so bring germ-x. If you have a disability or if you take FMLA, expect to get fired as soon as its over. Supervisors that were great were either demoted, fired, or quit due to working conditions. The worse ones that created a hostile work environment actually were given more power and have stayed! I didn't understand why.
