Pros
If you wish to climb the ladder quick and sell your soul to devil by jamming a total of 2 hours minimum to work added with off work hours for a *chance* I repeat *chance* of a 5 figure income. Then go ahead.
Cons
If you talk about work-life balance. Its the absolute squashed canned. well not entirely canned. But lets say wake up 7am for breakfast around 7:40? Is the breakfast optional? well that depends on your "management" Sometimes the management forgets that people have a life outside of work Enter office before 8:30 am? because there is no parking there? so technically ur work said its 9am to 6pm but its really 8am to 7pm+ Well you can argue it is sales but, is it tho? with unrealistic goals that is not achievable set by management. I wonder if the target setter can perform the goal set. Its a waterfall of toxic unrealistic expectations down the whole management line. Is the environment good and friendly? Maybe, arguable. Your co-workers are your competitors, your managers are also your competitors, teamwork exists as an illusion. Give you an example of how it usually goes down here. 200 cold calls a day - Target set by "manage"ment where the leads come from then? you gotta find them yourself So lets say u dont find enough leads then wyd? you gotta find them at home right? What if your leads clash with your co-workers? well too bad cause remember? competition? its a RAT RACE, a olympic rat race for a dime sized cheese Well gee, do they pay you well? Nope, 2300 thats the best can do my sir. True the commision looks good on paper *on paper* only tho, its unachievable. Do you get other benefits? Petrol - but it depends, if they think u dont deserve it, good luck my friend If you every get interviewed, see the eye bags of the workers/managers, it will give u a good insight of how things are.
