The company culture is toxic. They make you work late nights every possible chance they get without any regards that the employees actually have a personal life. The company culture is centered around FEAR and BLAME. The team and the management have terrible communication with each other which is one of the core issues there. When they start to pay you; they develop a mentality that THEY OWN YOU. And you have to work regardless of what time of the day/night holiday or whatever it is. Now when they make you do extra hours work (without extra pay), you might think that for some reason if you get sick, they might let you take a day-off without deducting money from your salary, get real! these shameless people will deduct the salary and the same day they will come back and ask you to do extra hours as well. The benefits are a joke as well, there will be a list of basic benefits offered in the time of joining and they all come with conditions that no company in the region follows. At the end the employees are depressed and burned-out. If you are considering joining this place, please research more about them. I would suggest Linked-In profiles of ex-employees.
