The kids are great and Juni Learning provides lesson templates for you to follow
Cons
You often have to tailor the lesson templates for each student, which is generally fine. However, you are not paid for those hours of prep and are paid only for the one hour you do teach so it's not really incentivized to prep all that much
Really chill & supportive environment and people, open communications
Cons
Can be hard when starting out because as an instructor, you have to wait for "student proposals" to show up on your Juni portal (and then accept them before other instructors do) to start actively earning through teaching. I've finished onboarding for approx. 2 weeks and so far has only received 3 student proposals (3 classes/ week), as reference.
