This is concerning feedback for several reasons. Please don't hesitate to connect with the P&C team to discuss the issues you're experiencing with leadership. That does not sound ok. It's also concerning that you are not aware of the promotions, career paths, annual reviews and annual pay increases that have consistently taken place over the 4yrs you've been at Jumio. Just last quarter 12.3% of all Jumio's were promoted. Most concerned about your experience with leadership/management though and would welcome a discreet discussion.
