      Pros

      Great place, I learned a lot in my 1.5 year that I worked there, The company has a supportive and collaborative work culture, Opportunities for growth and development, good work-life balance, nice colleagues and good management approach.

      Cons

      Maybe its little stressed because u required to do a wide variety of tasks as FS engineer - but from that u can learn a lot.

      Pros

      Great opportunities for juniors, challenge, responsibilities and authority are easily given to the ones who show interest. The company is relatively small, so social bounds are made easily and spontaneously.

      Cons

      My department is relatively new so we need to get everything figured out from scratch, it can see also as an advantage for a person who like to be involved in everything and wish his knowledge to be expanded to beyond of planned.

      Comfortable work Comfortable hours, I learned a lot professionally and technologically, there are many aspirations and a desire to move forward and expand on projects. junior/senior programmers can also get big projects. A good development place especially for juniors.

      Cons

      The development team is still in the construction process but they are trying their best to promote the team
