Pros
This is a place where you learn and build your respective craft. No matter if it's sales, engineering, etc. The knowledge from the C-suite is shared and built upon for a collaborative environment. Most organizations are plugin and go...JobScore will craft you into a true professional no matter the area.
Cons
It moves fast here and still functions as a start-up at times though it's a 14-year-old company. Not really a con as much as it is the standard for most small software companies. Again, if you are willing to learn and be humble then you will extract an extreme amount of value.
