      it's hard to find one.

      The owner spends his time thinking of new and interesting ways to rip people off. when that fails he stops paying his employees.

      Hmm...let me think. None! Scam artist to his customers and employees. Owed each co-worker 1-2 paychecks. Great at talking up his business in the interview. You owe me 1K.

      Working for a guy in a lot of debt who knows how to legally get people to work for him and not pay them.
