      Good product but terrible managment

      Pros

      The product is good, all in 1. Good for fin planning. Competitive price. Fast to learn.

      Cons

      Product: tones of bugs, can make only simple calcs, vizualisation tool based on excel difficult to implement. Worplace: toxic m immature managment ever, 70% of ppl left in 8 month.. No carrier managment no training, no payrise. Blaming employees culture Customers n partners: unhappy, product overselled then no follow up. Jedox Asia is driven by individual strategies rather than a coordinated n rational company one.

      Pros

      People are great and friendly, lots of social events, flexible working hours, flat hierarchy.

      Cons

      The problem is mostly with the company politics... They are not paying the people enough (read they want best workers for as little money as possible).

      Pros

      Nice colleagues, nice office. Hours are flexible and can also work in home-office. People from many lands work together.

      Cons

      Pay is below average and no investment in employees. They rather hire new person then upskill current employee. HR works against staff. No clear career path or salary range. Management brags about diversity but is happy to exploit workers. Upper managment all white guys.
