      - pay is less than posting - horrible management - no break room for staff - micro-management - absolutely 0 company culture - no office space

      Pros

      Coworkers and patients. Most of them are great.

      Cons

      Dr. Emer, terrible pay, high stress. Dr. Emer will own your soul after you sign on the dotted line. Late night weekend meetings, all-day texts chastising you. This place is a revolving door, trust me. It doesn't have to be like this. You can grow with another practice and also be treated with respect and paid a decent wage.

      Pros

      Certain coworkers were good, especially in my department.

      Cons

      Management and communication are lacking, work hours are too long and too much stress and little pay. Certain staff have very bad attitudes and are hired unqualified and given the opportunity to make more money without having any qualifications.
