Pay was unfairly distributed amongst staff, lots of people in lead positions without the knowledge to do so

takes advantage of your availability without consulting your requested amount of hours, customers are rude or creepy especially if you are a woman, upper management doesn't know what they're doing, lots of drama between coworkers because everyone is college or high school aged, training is nonexistent you just get thrown into it all, usually understaffed, management doesn't make schedules with rushes in mind sometimes was stuck with only two employees or having to train a brand new employee during a rush, was being underpaid for the first four months and would have to message management to reconcile my check at least once a month
