- management has no idea how to do the basic processes of entry level position work - there is absolutely no standardized training when hired just figure it out and hope it works - you WILL be asked to do others work when they do not meet expectations - owner and head of operations have no idea how to do basic tasks and rely on lower level employees to show them any time they want to do something on their own - worst company holiday party and employee appreciation I've seen - employees "camp out" in bathrooms regularly to avoid work - repeat infractions will not get an employee reprimanded, rather praised when others pick up their slack

Upper management talks down to you, no set hours, hard to communicate when corporate is in another state
