      Pros

      Ideas and contributions to projects are welcomed by senior management. Each individual is heard and listened to. The CEO often asks for your opinion and is always open to your thoughts. With the young and dynamic teams and a constantly shifting environment, JUMP is an amazing place to learn and innovate.

      Cons

      Be prepared to step out of your comfort zone as you will be adding value to a growing company which means sometimes thinking outside of the box.

      Tough but flexible hours No worked week-ends Lot of responsibility given quickly

      Cons

      IT style agile project micro-management. Only slightly above industry average pay. No reimbursed meals / taxi when working extra-hours.
