      The pay and the benefits were great; the coworkers were amazing; and the students were lovely.

      Cons

      The administration was chaotic and the owners were not understanding.

      Everything is mapped out, so great for teachers who are unfamiliar with teaching.

      Cons

      Each school is basically a franchise, so you can get an owner who runs things differently and does them in a black company sort of way.
