- 2 supervisors that only want ideas from people who work under them - Founder only appears once per month, co-founder expects you to work the same workload as same as them. - Training sessions are like playing with kids, while training the supervisors can disappear for an hour or two, without anything for the trainees to revise/work on. - Very toxic environment, it's like in a library where everyone doesn't talk/communicate, but founders will question newcomers why don't we befriend with the seniors (seniors are egoistic and very hierarchical).
