Pros

1. free lunch and catering dinner; 2. health insurance will cover the premium (employee only)

Cons

1. management is definitely poor, especially the leaders. In my team, the manager did not chat with their buddies any day and only care of how he can report to his manager and push the jobs to the limit; 2. people work hard here only because they are afraid of losing their h1b status and the management tries to take advantage of it; 3. no feedback channel or 360 review of the management team, each team seems doing their own and only care about the KPI not the people
