Nothing as such. all ok.

I need to be very honest here: the biggest problem in this company lies within the developer team. There is one individual who constantly acts superior, belittles others, and creates a suffocating environment where collaboration is almost impossible. Instead of building the team, this person thrives on bringing others down — and unfortunately, management does nothing about it. The HR department makes the situation worse. HR shows no independent judgment and simply sides with this individual, without fact-checking or considering the other side. Decisions are not made on logic or fairness, but purely on favoritism. It is extremely demotivating when employee concerns are dismissed just because HR is blindly loyal to their “favorites.” Anyone planning to join should be aware: unless this culture changes, you’ll struggle to grow here if you’re not part of the inner circle.
