      Pros

      Small company so everyone knew each other like family. For a truck driver pay was good starting out. work and life balance was good.

      Cons

      Poor insurance offered. Equipment was ok unless needed something fixed then its your fault it broke. Treated like con because it is a second chance company which is good if you had bad record if not they would treat you like you did.

      Great people to work with - by the book (i.e., like the U.S. Government) so you know when/where you duties are.

      Cons

      Can be stifling to work for as everyone knows you business and the higher up you go it becomes rule by committee
