Interview
It was a phone screening, followed by panel interview with three employees, including the hiring manager, followed by an exercise that I had 48 hours to complete, which included a prompt and instructions to summarize/outline a call to action in a memo and a draft budgeting process.

Interview
Had 2 rounds of interviews and 1 written assesment. The process was pretty straightforward. The interview panel was friendly and approachable. I didn't get the role as they said I was better suited for a more senior role. But I appreciated the fact that they took the time to respond why I didn't get it.
