1. Average salary is not as per the market standards
2. Growth in this company is stagnant

4. Only one person for support at night and the whole office will be empty
5. 12 hours of night shift without any incentives, not even food or free cab services are provided - in short alone as stated in point 4 and to top it you have 12 hours night shift.
6. No respect/value to employees
7. 90 days notice period (you will have to literally beg to even buy yourself out for serving 60 days notice out of 90 which they sate in their policy) - end result serve 90 days
8. Hike is very very low - long term prospective is big NO
9. No matter how diligent you are at work there will be no appreciation and make one mistake face the humiliation!
10. And there is a blackhole out here where pending task will just go in loops and the one getting blamed for delayed work is the junior support engineer who held/hold the ticket - Marvellous
11. Location of the company is pathetic- imagine going to a remote location for 12 hours night shift by your own convenience
12. 12 hours night shift guy will have no tissue papers in toilet since it gets over during the day so no refill and it happens often. It may seem like no big deal but I am just stating how the companies management is!
13. No milk for tea and coffee usually on national holidays but there has to be a support engineer present - refer point 6
