There are really no major cons, except sometimes we get to work a tad bit longer than the working hours. But hey, its the norm in Indian (rather Asian) industry.

I have been working at Invendis for more than 4 years and i found very flexible and innovative work culture. Managers are good and supportive and give chance to share idea. Very interesting and challenging IIOT, stream analytics, Big Data problems to solve Because of the new technologies and platform everyone gets chance to share valuable input.
