Pros
A paycheck I assume is the only thing, but you have to be on a terribly short leash.
Cons
Mgt had no experience and didn't know what they were doing at all. Little/no training provided, wrong people are in positions making decisions they have no business making. This will eventually come to light. Zero work/life balance.
