No incentive to grow, VERY micromanaged by a single person who does what he likes, Good product but no budget for new ideas or marketing campaigns. They expect you to hit inmense quotas with very minimal help.

- Terrible leadership, that has no idea about sales. The only company I've worked with where an upper manager has openly said that they didn't care about a customer churning. - Level of micro management is atrocious.
