Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review - we are really sorry you didn't enjoy working with us. We are a delivery focused organisation, and are very proud of our revenue - we see our growth as sign that we work well together, collaborate and make things happen. We would like to acknowledge that we do have a WFH policy, and that we encourage 'focus time' from wherever our people focus best, and in many cases that means working from home when they have a deadline. We have certainly never requested people travel in where lack of transport makes it impossible. However, at this early stage in our journey, we have found that being in the office together fosters a culture of collaboration, learning and communication, which in turn has supported our growth. We take the wellbeing of our people very seriously, and our open door policy is in place to make sure we are listening to our employees. Many people at Intropic work from home a couple of times a week. We encourage people to take ‘focus time’ wherever they focus best, this is often at home and can be for several days where it makes sense for them to be the most productive. But you are correct, at this early stage in our journey, we have found that being in the office together fosters a culture of collaboration, learning and communication, which in turn has supported our growth.
