Pros
Good vibes and good people for the most part in upper management. Really fun young company, you make so many friends and the job as a leader is the best in the world, you do so much fun stuff and have great experiences.
Cons
But some big egos to handle. Group leaders work a hard job and in my opinion are not compensated enough. They are the backbone of the company and should receive a competitive salary. High turnover is due to poor upper managment, scheduling is all over the place, and pay not enough.

Great like minded people working alongside of you! You live in a country that isn't your own! Hopefully somewhere hot! accommodated and most food is paid for. Nice own accomodation (certain locations)
Cons
Sometimes, you work 18 days in a row. The pay is not great. However, pleases you live in is usually cheap You never switch off
