Pros
I had the possibility to learn more things thanks to the employment, which was quite encouraging. By the time I left my job, I could also manage the clients. They provided me with the opportunity to learn aws and server-related topics.
Cons
In my own experience, there aren't many drawbacks, however it may vary from person to person.
