Pros

Somewhat decent pay, clean facility, good people to work with on the same level in the call center, incentives

Cons

If you are severely ill in the office it is nearly impossible to leave- they won't allow it. SO much favoritism- easier cases go to people that have been there longer, therefore making only those investigators more money. The turn over rate is so high- they will find any reason to fire you, because they are constantly hiring more investigators. Clear invasion of people's privacy by calling medical facilities to verify if an individual has been there for treatment, without that person's signed consent. Multiple team leads emailing you about the same thing, getting cases in, even though they can clearly see what you're working on and have poor communication skills with one another. This company only cares about the profits they make from worker's compensation and accident claims, and they care nothing about the employees who are actually doing the work to make them their money.

Pros

You're in a climate controlled office....

Cons

Where do I start? Get ready for a roller coaster here people, because this is going to have nuts in it. 1. Had a former TEAM LEAD who constantly stalked a coworker of mine, I stood up to the team lead and he began to send me messages on different forms of social media. He even sent them to my fiancee who had nothing to do with anything in this. I told the company and their advice was "Don't talk to him" He remained team lead for a few months after the incident, leaving under his own power. 2. You better pray to whatever deiety you belive in that you don't ever get sick, your hours are 7-3:30, and if you need to go have a doctors appointment at 3:35 then you're gonna miss it. They will not let you leave early without threatening your job. 3. I tried to call in (keyword being tried) one morning, around 5 o'clock A.M. because of some very serious mental health issues. Mostly arising from this place of work. They told me i have to come in despite suicidal thoughts and tendencies. Let me rephrase that, I was forced to come in while contemplating killing myself, and at the risk of losing my job i had to forgo going to seek mental health assistance, to come into work. 3. Got kids? Got a family? that's awesome! This company doesn't give a hoot. 4. You get paid a few dollars above minimum wage to get yelled at on the phone, then get blamed for getting yelled at. 5. You will get written up for being more than 5 minutes over your break time, regardless of reason. 6. System went down, told to go home as this was in the morning. Told 'If you do not get a text by 11 then we will not be working" Get text at 12 saying to come in for the remainder of the day. Ask if we can use sick time in association with time missed NO RESPONSE FROM TEAM LEAD. Only to be told later in the day we will not be getting paid for something completely out of our control. 7. On a day where a snow storm hit, a failry hefty one at that, the local and STATE police departments released statements asking emplyoers to shut down early, or to delay start or cancel their business day becasue the road conditions were so bad. We had neither, forcing em to drive on icy roads, then get yelled at for being late... Profits before people.

Pros

Monday through Friday, 8hr shifts

Cons

Timed bathroom breaks, bad insurance, bad PTO rate per hours worked, uncaring management. Job is expected to come before personal health or family. Guilted when trying to use PTO.
