Pros

Great company to work for. From the junior Analysts to the CEO. Nobody is afraid to roll of their sleeves to help each other. a very diverse culture. I started as an Intern and got promoted twice to a full-time Research Analyst in under 2 years. They even got Ice-T to create a video for me to announce my promotion! Pretty cool. They primarily work on projects related to video games, technology, and entertainment, which I LOVE. They are very remote working friendly and give all their employees a $20 Grub Hub gift card every 2 weeks. I actually got a bonus this year!

Cons

The hours can vary. If you are not big into entertainment or video games, you'll probably not like working here.

Pros

The work: I get to do projects with the biggest and the most interesting entertainment companies on earth. Those projects aren't rinse and repeat either--each one is unique, so I don't get bored and I don't stop learning new methods and subjects. AND: We achieve a level of quality that I haven't seen consistently from any other firm. We've helped fix misperceptions our clients have, and redirect their ideas onto a more successful path. The colleagues: My bosses help accommodate my downsides while giving me a ton of chances to develop my upsides. I've had 15 employers in my life, they're by far the best in my experience. My peers include a lot of the most intelligent people I've known. They're diverse in background, identity, experience, perspective. The COVID era limited how much I get to be in the same office with them, but we still get along well, digitally and when we're at the office.

Cons

We have 2 or 3 of the biggest gaming companies left to work with, and same for movie studios. A couple of clients, out of about 100, are a huge pain to work with. Not saying who, because they already know who they are.
