      Flexible schedule and that’s about it

      Cons

      Below average wage, minimum benefits, horrific PTO calculation, failed to shift to newer softwares(90% CAD), no design aspects, no license support (LEED, NCARB, ARB), impossible to get AXP hours approved (they rejected many times), design&technology is far behind, forceful and they doesn’t care about employees opinions

      No room for growth or development. Hire for big projects as they come in and lay off when projects are done. No stability for long term employment.
