Clear direction from leadership and a lot of momentum right now. Good people to work with. Teams generally support each other and want projects to succeed. If you’re willing to take ownership, there’s room to grow and step into bigger responsibilities. Solid variety of work and clients, so projects don’t feel repetitive. Leadership is accessible and open to hearing ideas that make things run better. Stable company with a lot of long-tenured employees.

Cons

Some growing pains as the company scales. Busy at times depending on project deadlines. A few processes still getting figured out as things grow. Compensation conversations are ongoing in some areas.
