HR/management will actively make sure you have a very hard time moving from the CC to another department, often giving false promises WHILST continuously delaying your move or even contacting the other department to argue why you must remain in the CC
If you have concerns or complaints they often try shut you up with manipulated points about the “high” pay and how generous they’ve been (the other departments get so much more $$ wise and don’t have to deal with the disgusting CC management)
Micro management through the rough
Overall quality of new hires continues to drop down further and further
