      Pros

      They don't micromanage and employees are left to complete their projects on their own. New office space is great with sit/stand desks and other amenities (snacks, coffee machine, etc.).

      Cons

      Sometimes extra hours are needed, but it doesn't happen often.

      Pros

      - Relaxed work environment (more so at the Liberty Village office) - Managment is approachable if you have any questions or concerns - They will pay for extra training and workshops for employees

      Cons

      There are two offices in Toronto (Liberty Village/ Bay St) so traveling back and forth if you have a meeting can feel a bit tedious at times. But Interad does provide the Uber.
