Pros

None. This is not a good place to work.

Cons

CEO thinks he’s a software engineer, but he jack squat about actual engineering. This is a terrible place to work and management has completely misaligned priorities.

Pros

- Some very nice colleagues, but varies from team to team - Full remote work

Cons

Taking a leaf out of some other colleagues books here and putting a different job title and location to my own as we are terrified to speak out here. Contrary to what you are sold during recruitment, working here involves a ridiculous amount of politics and drama. The founders just can't shake toxic ways of dealing with staff. Unless you are one of the lucky ones to be put on their pedestal, they will drain the life out of you. Expect extremely vague and erratic work conditions where you are practically expected to crawl inside the founders' brains in order to understand what they want (which changes at the speed of light). The founders have horrible ideas as to what the future of the site should be, which often include really unethical and dark patterns. You will be pushed morally to make shady business decisions. That is not what any of us signed up for. Every so often they tinker with their Glassdoor settings to make their stats look better than reality. At several points in time the CEO approval here was less that 40%, and overall approval less than 3.3/5. Since Glassdoor is all about transparency, know that they are coercing employees to practically love-bomb their Glassdoor profile and that the 5 star reviews 95% at the request of the founders, who are panicking about their terrible online reputation regarding their staff. Scroll through the negative reviews and believe them. Those of us drowning here want to save you by telling it to you straight and letting you know you're better off practically anywhere else.
