Pros

Some employees are great, but the vast majority of the best talent has either been let go or left on their own. Pay is decent but promotions or career growth is nonexistent.

Cons

The company set unrealistic targets after raising too much money, and those goals remain unmet. Leadership’s intense pressure has created a tense environment where people feel like they’re walking on eggshells, constantly wondering if they’ll be the next scapegoat.

in the beginning everything looks positive but its just a reflection

Cons

-if you are going to work in data team first of all start accepting that you are going to be blue collar worker, not data engineer :) -the managers doesn't know how to give feedback, they always say everything good but then one day they say we have a problem and we can't figure it. they don't even try to fix it. -mobbing is a kind of culture here, being senior means work hard, work late but not work smart. -things always overengineered then when the projects delayed all managers looking for someone to blame. :)
