Used to be a great work-life balance undermined by disorganization and low pay

Pros

The company used to be a great place to work, with a strong work-life balance and a positive team culture.

Cons

Over time, there has been a noticeable lack of organization within management, which has made it difficult to understand priorities or follow a clear career path. Compensation is significantly below market considering the level of responsibility expected, particularly for senior roles. This imbalance can make it difficult to feel valued or motivated long-term. Additionally, there are concerns around client selection and expectations, which at times feel misaligned with internal resources, setting teams up for unnecessary challenges.

Pros

Usually teammates are happy to provide help PTO 2 paid mental health days There might be opportunities for growth however there's no clear path to do so

Cons

Lack of resources: They trust the internal platform will facilate everyone's job. However, the platform is partially functional and they won't accept that. There are external resources to find contacts, do outreach, or keep up with other important tasks. Too many junior employees: Recent layoffs have incurred in recruiting people who are not well trained or seem to have any experience in this industry. That has delayed processes and decreased the quality of our work. Poor leadership: Having no head of agency has just made everyone's job harder. Useless shoutouts: Shoutouts are generic and usually highlight people just doing their job. And when some people have gotten shoutouts recently it isn't a surprise if they're fired within a week.

Pros

There is a good atmosphere of camaraderie and support among the PR and technology team members. The salary base is good to start in remote work in Latin America. The CEO is an open person to listen and support team members.

Cons

Sales and human resources are disconnected from the other areas, creating unnecessary conflicts. High staff turnover No additional benefits such as health or pension, except for study bonuses due to the type of contract they have.
