You are able to access and do whatever you like in terms of technology/focus.
Cons
There is no work-life balance at this company, and both the clients and your own management team will treat you poorly. The access to multiple different technologies is as much a con as it is a pro, for none of the previous employees documented anything. When I was there, the environment was incredibly stressful, with very high turn over. Management seemed to hire and fire employees, sometimes within a matter of weeks. The whole culture reeked of toxic "skill-up" mentality, and so if you work there, expect to be treated as nothing more than a resource for the companies success.
