Pros
- Values driven business - There is no instructions, just guidance towards your tasks and objectives - People are genuine and have no political interests as the system is run on meritocracy and democracy - Flexible working hours and colleagues - The team is first before individuals, giving a motivating "wolf pack" ideal
Cons
- Growing business, so you must be willing to put in time and effort to grow the brand and spread the word - Many things have to be done, so you need to be hands on and not expect everything to be served on a platter - Open concept and democratic, therefore employees who need plenty of assurance and discussion time might not feel comfortable
