Great place to hone your skills in an environment which is friendly ("cat friendly" as it said in the ad when I joined) and developers are empowered to take big steps on their own.
Cons
My main concern was with salary, which was lower as compared to the market.
A colleague once noted that the initial salary is what you have had at your previous company, which was true in my case.
Increments are also very tiny.
