      - 100% Remote work - Work in teams - Slow periods - Very friendly co-workers who are well intentioned; kindness throughout feels authentic and genuine - 1 hour lunch - 30 minutes worth of break time - Sometimes there are early dismissals from work when things are slow

      Cons

      - Busy periods are very busy - Keyboard tracking software that monitors activity feels like surveillance - 9 AM - 6 PM work schedule feels taxing when sitting in one place - Sometimes work bleeds past work hours, I'd rather not work overtime when already working 9 AM - 6 PM
